Darren
Darren is a seasoned entrepreneur, having previously set up a recording studio and independent record label and also a doggy daycare business with his wife which is currently trading with considerable success.
His main passion has always been property and has invested in single buy to lets for his personal portfolio in London and the South East since the 90's.
Having also worked recently for 10 years within the Hedge Fund industry For a Swiss listed Company ($18 Billion AUM) as UK Finance director, Darren is known as a 'hands on' people person who knows the numbers inside out.
His experience in this field, coupled with buying distressed properties and turning them into viable and profitable rental accommodation, make him an excellent 'money man' & advocate for the success of CAD Property.
Craig
Craig has also personally invested in single buy to lets for his personal portfolio in Northamptonshire over the last several years.
He has worked in both Property and Hedge Fund industries in various I.T. roles. His previous experience, coupled with his knowledge within the property industry makes him the ideal ‘systems man’ for the continual growth of CAD.
With a career spanning over 20 years, project management has been a large part of Craig’s roles and now he is putting this to use in property.
Having managed multiple refurbishments of various properties he is now putting this experience to use for CAD making sure the portfolio grows sustainably.
